No. We do not draft trust documents, interpret trust provisions, or advise on legal or tax questions. We are an administrative execution firm: we retitle assets and update designations on written instruction. Anything requiring interpretation goes back to your firm.

We bill your firm wholesale, you bill the client retail as part of your fully funded trust package, and your firm retains the margin without adding staff overhead.

Never. We work under your name, and a non-solicitation is in our written agreement during the partnership and two years after.
